Digital Outputs

The High Speed Data Logger in a standard electrical cabinet form factor can be optionally equipped with a set of digital outputs which can be asserted in case of HSDL errors or events detected by HSDL on monitored signals. The digital outputs can use 24 V DC, power supply output voltage (240 V DC/50 Hz) or relay dry contact.

HSDL status info available for reporting via digital outputs:

• Any channel out of normal range
• Any channel out of max. range
• Data acquisition unit failed
• Sensor power source overcurrent protection tripped
• Sensor power source malfunction
• Server failure
• Overvoltage protection relay tripped
• GPS/NTP not synchronized

Any event detected by HSDL on monitored signals can be associated with one of the available digital outputs.
